Their Web site is unclear on fee structure. Apparently, you must pay in advance and contract with them for a whole year. Stated is the promise of a warranty that will refund money you paid that is in excess of an amount resulting from a specified calculation. The client has to request this warranty service; it is not automatically performed. The warranty expires 45 days after the one-year contract is ended. The warranty is void if the client (you) fails to forward credit reports to the company in what they deem to be a timely manner.
