Ovation Credit’s Organization
Ovation Credit is operated by Ovation Credit Services, Inc. formerly named Ovation Law, P.A. according to the Florida State Division of Corporations. The company’s directors are Terry Cordell, Kristi Thornton and Jeffery Neace. Mr. Cordell and Mr. Neace are attorneys and members in good standing with the Florida Bar Association.
Exactly What Do They Do?
Ovation Credit assists their clients in the following ways. They will:
1. tell you how to retrieve your credit reports.
2. enter data from your reports into your case file.
3. act on your response to questions using their online Dispute Manager.
4. contact credit bureaus on your behalf to dispute questionable entries on your report.
5. contact creditors, if you have Essentials Plus, to challenge their claims.
6. enter responses you receive and forward into your case file. They will then take further action if necessary.
7. allow you to submit an unlimited number of disputes to all three credit bureaus.
Levels of Service
Ovation Credit has two levels of service. Both levels have a one-time $79.00 first-work fee. You are then charged at the end of each month work is done on your case.
The Essentials Program costs $39.00 per month and assists you in disputing any entries on your credit reports you feel are misleading, unverifiable or inaccurate.
The Essentials Plus Program costs $59.00 per month. This program adds communicating directly with creditors in order to challenge claims made by them against you in your credit reports. In addition, you can receive a Letter of Recommendation for future credit approvals.
Both levels of service include 24/7 access to your case file by use of the Dispute Manager web application, guidance by your assigned individual Case Advisor and same day service.
Ovation Credit offers a 20% discount for family members. You must let them know in advance if you wish to take advantage of the discount.

Ovation Credit is very clear in several places throughout their website that they abide by all applicable regulations and laws. They are also clear about the fact that they cannot erase valid entries from anyone’s credit record, nor do they guarantee any specific outcomes.
